Heating Scale Inhibitor

This heating scale inhibitor is mainly composed of organic phosphonates, phosphonates, phosphonecarboxylic acids, carbarboxylate copolymer, sulfonate copolymer, and high-efficiency corrosion inhibitors. It is suitable for heating circulating water systems that use groundwater or river water as a supplementary water source.

It has the characteristics of low dosing concentration, strong dispersion of suspended solids, high corrosion inhibition rate of carbon steel, copper, stainless steel and other metal materials, and can effectively prevent the formation of calcium carbonate and calcium phosphate scale.

How to Use

Depending on the water quality index and process conditions, the dosing concentration is 20-50mg/L according to the supplementary water meter, and it is advisable to operate in an alkaline environment.

Packaging and Storage

Packed in 25/200/1000 kg plastic drums, store in a cool and dry place for a storage period of 12 months.

Be careful during handling to prevent impact.
