Performance and Use

• This product is mainly composed of special surfactants, high-efficiency dispersants, corrosion inhibitors, and is suitable for systems where ordinary water is used as a cooling medium.
• This product is a hybrid corrosion inhibitor, which mainly inhibits the polarization of metals and plays a corrosion inhibitor role.
• Does not contain toxic substances such as nitrites and chromates, and does not pollute the environment.
• The corrosion rate of carbon steel during normal use is much lower than the national standard.
• The corrosion inhibition effect of corrosive water with chloride ions higher than 300mg and high calcium and magnesium content is also up to standard, and the scale inhibition performance is excellent.

How to Use

• Add the scale and corrosion inhibitor required every day to the plastic dosing bucket (or box).
• After dilution with softened water, use a metering pump or adjust the valve to continuously add the agent at the inlet of the circulating pump (that is, at the outlet of the catchment pool).
• The dosing concentration is generally 20-50mg/L(based on supplementary water).

Packaging and Storage

Packed in plastic drums, 25 kg/barrel or determined according to customers needs.

It has stable physical and chemical properties and is stored in a cool place for a storage period of 12 months.

Safety and Protection

Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with the skin and eyes, and rinse with plenty of water after contact.
