Descaling Agent
Product Features
- This descaling agent is composed of a combination of chelating, cleaning, and dispersing agents, and has the advantages of fast cleaning speed and good cleaning effect during application.
- This descaling agent mainly relies on chelation and dispersion to peel off the scale formed in the system and disperse it into the water. The damage to the system and accessories is small, and it will not cause overwashing due to a large dosage or long cleaning time. It is different from the usual hydrochloric acid cleaning and is not harmful to iron, copper, etc. in the water. The interference of ions is suitable for the cleaning of pipelines and heat exchangers of medium and low-pressure boilers and circulating cooling water systems.

How to Use
- Addition amount: Calculate the volume of the water circulation system of the equipment to be cleaned, and the dilution ratio to water is: 2-10% (that is, add 20-100kg descaling agent to 1 ton of water), and add 0.1-0.5% when doing auxiliary cleaning. If the system scale exceeds 3mm or more, the amount added can be increased as appropriate. At the same time, add pickling corrosion inhibitors in a certain proportion.
- Cleaning time: 5-12 hours.
- Cleaning method: Circulating cleaning.
- Cleaning process: Let the water system of the equipment to be cleaned form a cycle, add the descaling agent proportionally to the water system, cycle for about 2-3 hours, and add the descaling agent to the circulating system in a ratio of 0.5% (that is, add 5kg of descaling agent to 1ton of water). After the cleaning is completed, drain the cleaning liquid, replace it with clean water, and turn on the normal operation of the equipment.
Packaging and Storage
Packed in plastic drums, 25kg per barrel or according to customer needs.
The descaling agent has stable physical and chemical properties, and is stored in a cool place for a storage period of 12 months.
Safety and Protection
Pay attention to labor protection during operation, avoid contact with the skin, eyes, etc., and rinse with plenty of water after contact.
