The national "14th Five Year Plan" clearly proposes the goal of "adding 80000 kilometers of sewage pipeline network", and Zhongda Oasis will develop targeted pipeline network maintenance technology. The research center, in collaboration with Three Gorges University, has developed a new type of pipeline blockage removal agent that can quickly decompose oil pollution and biofilms. In pilot projects such as Wuhan and Hefei, it has increased pipeline dredging efficiency by 40% and reduced operation and maintenance costs by 22%. ​

In addition, the deep purification agent package launched to meet the demand for recycled water utilization has been applied in the Yangtze River Delta recycled water demonstration project, and the treated water quality meets the industrial cooling water standards, helping to promote the recycling of regional water resources and implementing the "water conservation priority" policy requirements. ​
