Against the backdrop of the deepening of the national "dual carbon" strategy, Zhongda Oasis Research Center has achieved multiple technological breakthroughs in response to the pollution reduction and carbon reduction needs of the water treatment industry. Based on the intelligent research and development platform of the Yichang production base, the team optimized the polyacrylamide polymerization process and launched low residue products in municipal sewage treatment, which not only improved flocculation efficiency by 28%, but also reduced the dosage of chemicals by 12%, indirectly reducing carbon emissions per ton of water. ​

This technology has been applied to the sludge treatment project in the Yangtze River Economic Belt, achieving a sludge reduction rate of over 60% and simultaneous recovery of biomass energy through the sludge anaerobic fermentation collaborative treatment process, achieving the dual goals of "wastewater treatment" and "resource regeneration". At present, relevant technical solutions are being adapted to sewage treatment scenarios in Southeast Asian tropical climates, providing green transformation technology support for overseas customers. ​
