2、 Project Overview

The Guangdong Heshan Recycled Paper and Papermaking Wastewater Treatment Plant has a sewage discharge capacity of 15000t/d, using anaerobic (IC)+oxidation ditch+Fenton process. The average COD of the effluent after biochemical treatment is about 240mg/L, which fails to meet the standard of COD ≤ 50mg/L in Table 3 of the "Water Pollutant Discharge Standards for Pulp and Paper Industry" GB 3544-2008.

3、 Processing procedure

1) Diagnose and analyze the customer's water treatment process and water quality situation through the Zhongda Research Institute team, and adjust the process plan;

2) Add our company's COD remover to the secondary sedimentation tank to replace the original Fenton treatment at the backend of the biochemical system, and determine the optimal wastewater treatment plan.

4、 Processing results

After our company added high-efficiency drugs, the following effects were achieved:

The effluent COD is stable at around 38mg/L, and the usage method is simple. Compared with Fenton treatment, it can save 20%~50% in cost, without the need for significant back and forth pH adjustment, meeting the standard of COD ≤ 50mg/L in Table 3 of the "Discharge Standards for Water Pollutants in the Pulp and Paper Industry" GB 3544-2008.
