Battery chemical wastewater case total nitrogen treatment case
Customer Name:Case study of battery chemical wastewater
Daily processing capacity of 2400mm3/d
Project nature:Total nitrogen removal
Project Overview:The main treatment process includes regulating tank, primary defluorination tank, secondary defluorination tank, primary denitrification tank, primary sedimentation tank, AO treatment tank, secondary sedimentation tank, and discharge outlet
Current situation:Insufficient denitrifying bacteria, uneven carbon nitrogen ratio, total nitrogen in effluent is 50-200mg/L
Processing requirements:Total nitrogen below 40mg/L, COD controlled below 150mg/L
Product usage effect:After 3 days, the effluent ammonia nitrogen significantly decreased, and after 10 days, the ammonia nitrogen stabilized below 8mg/L
Biochemical system issues
① The biological denitrification ability of the biochemical system collapses, and the denitrification ability is poor;
② Low sludge concentration, fast sludge settling, and excessive inorganic sludge;
③ The biochemical system has weak shock resistance;
④ The nutritional carbon nitrogen ratio of the biochemical system is imbalanced.
Bioremediation plan
① Under the condition of not altering the original facilities of the water plant, the biochemical system is optimized by adopting our company's "composite carbon source" and combining it with the existing denitrifying bacteria.
② Control each system to improve pump flow regulation, main reaction zone mixing efficiency (aeration size), dosing facilities, sludge water separation facilities (sludge level in sedimentation tank), sludge discharge facilities, pressure sludge, etc.
③ Monitor the physical and chemical indicators of various key process parameters, maintain the MLSS of the system sludge concentration at 2500mg/L-3000mg/L, SV30 at 18% -25% (in addition to ammonia nitrogen, COD, total nitrogen, DO, etc.). Track and monitor the treated water quality to ensure the effluent quality.
④ Provide professional technical training and guidance to operators of sewage treatment plants.
