Specialized polymeric ferric sulfate for papermaking wastewater
Polyferric sulfate (PFS) is a novel and efficient inorganic polymer flocculant. The solid is a light yellow amorphous powder. Solid products have strong hygroscopicity. This product has good coagulation performance, stable chemical properties, fast settling speed, and a wide range of applicable pH values. It can be widely used for the purification and treatment of drinking water, various industrial water, industrial wastewater, and urban sewage.
Scope of application
1. Mainly used for pulp mill wastewater; Replace polyaluminum chloride, aluminum sulfate, etc. as coagulants.
2. Used for wastewater treatment in paper mills, as a coagulant and decolorizer
3. Used for dewatering paper sludge. Instructions for use
1. The optimal dosage for determining raw water: 30-50kg/thousand tons of water with a turbidity of 100-500mg/L can be added.
2. Dilution of raw material: The required dosage of raw water can be determined through small-scale testing based on the formation of alum flowers (usually industrial wastewater can be diluted 1-2 times, and water treatment plants can be diluted 2-5 times).
Precautions
1. Polymeric ferric sulfate is a highly acidic chemical agent, which is stored, transported, and used as an anti-corrosion agent using acid resistant materials.
2. A slight precipitate in the solution of polymeric ferric sulfate is a normal phenomenon.
3. When accidentally spraying polyiron onto clothing or floors, oxalic acid solution can be used for soaking and cleaning.
4. Polyferric sulfate (polymer containing strong cations) cannot be used in the white water recovery process of papermaking wastewater treatment, only polyaluminum chloride can be used.
